The investment is located at the junction of ul. Kunickiego and ul. Nowy Świat, near the main railway station, which is currently being revitalized. The city authorities envisage new spatial planning for the sites belonging to PKP [Polskie Koleje Państwowe – the Polish National Railways] in the next few years.
